Paid ads shouldn't feel like
throwing money at a wall.

"We tried Meta ads last quarter. Spent $3K, got two orders back. I couldn't tell if the problem was targeting, creative, or both."
"The agency we hired didn't understand our customer at all. The copy read like a tech product, not something for dog owners."
"Our organic keeps growing but every paid attempt falls flat. The problem is I don't know what I'm doing wrong."
"Every agency wants a 6-month minimum before they'll prove it works. I can't justify that risk when I haven't seen a single result."

If any of those sound familiar, that's exactly who I built this for.

I'm Jeff. I work with pet brands because
I actually understand the customer.

Pet parents don't respond to generic ecom creative. The person buying a calming chew is making an emotional decision — they're anxious about their dog, not scanning a comparison table. Most paid media people miss this and apply the same frameworks they use for kitchen gadgets or apparel. The ads don't convert, the brand concludes paid doesn't work, and the cycle repeats.

I focus on pet DTC exclusively — not as a niche strategy, but because it's genuinely what I know. I know which hooks land with raw food buyers vs. supplement subscribers. I know when UGC outperforms polished creative and why. I take on 2 new clients per quarter so I can actually run the account myself, not hand it off once you sign.

Results from brands who
took the first step.

Replace this with a real client quote. The most credible testimonials name a specific metric — CTR improved, CPA dropped, ROAS hit a number. One sentence of outcome beats five sentences of praise.

Second testimonial here. A quote from someone in a different pet niche than the first card adds breadth — dog brand + cat brand, or supplement brand + food brand, etc.

Third testimonial here. Even one credible quote from a collaborator or early beta client works while you build out your client roster — just label it clearly if it's from a colleague rather than a paying client.

Questions you're probably already thinking

If something isn't covered here, book a teardown — I'll answer everything on the call.

Do I need a big ad budget to start?
I work best with brands spending $1,500–$5,000/month on ad spend alongside the management fee. That's enough budget to run meaningful tests and find winners fast. You don't need to go big before I prove the system works — that's what the pilot is for.
What if I've tried Meta ads before and they didn't work?
That's exactly who I work best with. Most failed Meta attempts in the pet space come down to three things: wrong creative format, copy that speaks to the product instead of the pet parent, and audiences that are too broad or too narrow. I diagnose which one broke your campaigns in the free teardown — before you spend a dollar with me.
How does the 50% refund guarantee work?
If after 30 days there's no measurable improvement in your key metrics — CPA, CTR, or ROAS — I refund 50% of the management fee. "Measurable improvement" is defined together on day one so there's no ambiguity at the end. This isn't a marketing gimmick — it's how I hold myself accountable.
Who owns the ad account and creative assets?
You own everything from day one — your Meta Business Manager, ad account, Pixel, and all creative assets. I request partner-level access only. If you ever decide to move on, everything stays with you. I also send a full handoff document so you or your next hire can pick up exactly where we left off.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. The pilot is 30 days flat. After that, retainers are month-to-month with 7-day written notice to end. I don't trap you in a 6-month commitment and then assign a junior to your account. You stay because the results give you a reason to — not because a contract forces you to.
Do you work with cat brands or only dog brands?
Both — and cat is honestly one of the most underexploited niches in pet paid media right now. Lower competition on Meta means lower CPCs and more room to stand out with the right creative. If you have a cat brand, that's actually an advantage in paid right now.
